Take technology trainings related to use of MNSU’s learning management system D2L to enhance core effectiveness strategies in organization and management of courses.
Take CETL course on using Zoom effectively. Covid required that I improve my technology skills, particularly with Zoom. Teaching via Zoom created greater opportunity for me to learn how to teach effectively in a virtual space.
Complete training to gain strategies for scheduling and making effective use of writing time.

CRITERION 3: EVIDENCE
Reading these listed books and resources over the past five years has been invaluable in submitting abstracts to a journal for a publication as well as to assist with submitting an abstract for a book chapter. I continue to read articles, books, and research to inform curriculum and content for courses I teach.
