CRITERION 4: EVIDENCE
Documentation of supporting Master's students who dropped out from their cohort due to Covid and financial constraints: Item A, Item B, Item C. and a student of color whose work did not represent her capability.
Documentation of mentoring and coaching a student of color as he works through a thorny issue of integration in the Minneapolis Public Schools District that has been the focal point of several lawsuits. I met with him and gave him feedback on the plans for lawsuits. This led to an invitation to serve on his dissertation committee. Documentation of reaching out to a student working at MNSU to counsel him about his response to a social media posting. Documentation of assisting an MNSU student of color to connect with PK-12 practioners to support MNSU ESL students.

He requested I serve on his committee due to my experience with integration on a large scale and with the several lawsuits brought regarding integration PK-12 learning environments. This also adds to my understanding of current school law to assist with me teaching EDLD 665: Legal Issues in School Administration.
